Redishred acquires of Shred Con of New York

Redishred Capital Corp. has completed the acquisition of the Shred Con business, located in upstate New York for a total purchase price of $530,000. The asset acquisition includes client relationships, two on-site paper shredding trucks and other equipment.

“Shred Con has been the premier on-site shredding service in the Watertown, N.Y. area for well over a decade,” said Jeffrey Hasham, CEO of Redishred. “For over five years they have also been ProShred‘s preferred partner just north of Syracuse, N.Y. Our goal is to ensure our new clients are serviced to the same high standard they have come to expect over the past decade, and of course, we will continue to provide their shredding on-site, the most secure method of information destruction.”
