Two years ago Millcreek Township, Pa., awarded a five year refuse and recycling contract to Advanced Disposal. Advanced now wants a monthly increase of 24 cents per household.
The increase would be for curbside residential customers, not for the Pay As You Throw ‘per bag’ customers.
Millcreek customers currently pay $59.76 per quarter – or about $20 per month – for the collection of their garbage and recyclables.
